Under the Policy, local companies incorporated in Hong Kong and incorporated in business are required to be incorporated in 2022 years 4 month 1 sunrise 2023 years 3 month 31 diurnal("Remission period")Proposed that the fee payable under the Business Registration Ordinance could be reduced 2,000 Yuan. The fee for a business registration certificate or branch registration certificate effective at the commencement of the concession period may be reduced respectively 2,000 Yuanhe 73 Yuan. 

Note: Businesses are still required to pay the levy on the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Fund. Renewal certificates and payment notices issued by the Business Registration Branch to businesses or branch businesses commencing during the concession period have been exempted from registration fees for one year under the order. Enterprises are required to pay the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Fund levy on the notice and the remaining two-year registration fee for the three-year certificate on time.
