About Seychelles2020Annual beneficial title act('BOA') is now available. This act is2020years8month28And require all international business companies to declare relevant beneficial owner information to the Financial Intelligence Service. The aim is to establish a secure and centralized roster of beneficial owners for entities incorporated and registered in Seychelles. Please note that the list of beneficial owners will not be made public. The beneficial owner prepares and submits the following documents:

1Declaration of beneficial ownership(Please confirm the company address of the beneficiary,The address shall be the company's primary correspondence address)

2List of beneficial owners(We will prepare a new list of beneficial owners upon receipt of the signed beneficial ownership statement)

The statement of beneficial ownership needs to be signed by the beneficiaries of the company and a copy of the signed title needs to be submitted to the agent. If the deadline is not met, the agent will resign his post and the registered office address.
